Reach is a part of Lead Collective. We exist so that youth in under-resourced communities will experience the love of Christ and flourish for generations to come.

Lead Collective is joining God in His mission to make all things new. Lead serves as the supportive hub for three ministries—Éleos Ministry, GOAT, and Reach—in order to multiply their impact in historically under-resourced communities.

At Reach, we believe in the stewardship of hope. We provide Gospel-centered, relationship-driven support for students as they navigate various challenges and systems. Whether we are providing early intervention at the Sullivan Center, walking alongside students referred for diversion, or offering a restorative presence in the Detention Center, our mission remains the same: to provide the persistent love and critical resources that empower every student to reach their God-given potential.
